Heya Hazel! Hope that roasting you’re still doing has nothing to do with the email I sent you yesterday ;)

They usually have an archive of all the competitors performances on the U-Stream site, so you can watch it at a more pleasant hour :)

Dan you’d better not be wrecked before we start tomorrow!

    Finalists …

Hungary, UK, Canada, US, Ireland and Korea. (And they’re all blokes).

Finals are at 2am Monday morning.

Fun fact from the WBC blog. The Irish dude has been a barista for … 1 YEAR!!! And he’s now a WBC finalist. Crazy.

Tim Adams 13th, Carl Sara 8th (what a joke, he should have been way further up the charts.)

And the winner is … the UK’s Gwilym Davies. (Making it three from three for SQM.)

From the sounds of it, his signature drink(s) was a pretty amazing stunt. 16 possible ingredients, 256 possible combinations; the judges chose the ingredients at random. Wow!

I didn’t watch the finals; I needed the sleep, seeing as I’m just coming off possibly the worst weekend of my entire life. Will have to find some time to watch the performances at some point.
