… serve crappy coffee! So he goes somewhere decent, well, more than decent really.

sorry for the double post, I hit submit before I’d actually finished what I was going to say.

yeah, might be a little bit beyond decent, huh?

Though there’s a café somewhere on the way from Dan’s to Hazel’s (maybe in Newtown) that advertises their “Decent Coffee” … hilarious.

next time you see it try and remember who it is, might go up and try some ‘decent’ coffee. Newtown is only a short pedal from St Peter’s after all …. Mind you, so is Hazel’s and I’m VERY slack about getting there with any sort of regularity.

When I lived closer to Broadway shopping centre, there is a cafe sorta across the road from it (not the GG in reader’s digest) that used to have a blackboard that said “You can stick your Starbucks up your Gloria Jeans”

    always made me giggle.

Hey Michelle, I just wanted to revisit this post of yours from March … is it just me, or has 2009 been an awesome coffee year since the get go? Here we are 6 months later and since the IMV, La Es @ Coffee Alchemy and first round of Ethiopians @ Mecca I think its just kept getting better, or AT WORST stayed the same. Its been such an exciting time for coffee and I don’t see how or when its going to end. The “3rd wave” is becoming a King Tide methinks …

pretty sure it’s not just you …

    BAGERSH.

Yeah, I need to do a new post, I was just thinking that the other day.

    Stay tuned.
